Our Customer Success team provides a key role in enabling our customers to best utilize our platform and services within their business. We do this via consistent touch points both digital and in person to ensure we know their day-to-day struggles and can guide them through the stages of our unique market intelligence growth model.

The Role

The team currently has two people, Tomas and Anja, and we are growing with this role to meet the demand of the last year's growth and so that we can ensure we can continue to deliver ongoing value to our growing customer base.

This role will report to Tomas and the team is part of our ‘Go to market team’ working closely with our Marketing, New business sales, Account management and Insights teams.

Customer success at A-INSIGHTS focuses on the enablement and adoption of our solution with our customers. They work with the marketing team, account management and product teams acting as the bridge between our customers and our business.

What you can expect:  
  • Responsibility for up to 25 customers
  • KPIs based on NRR and supporting Account Management by identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborative and process-light organization  
  • Clear link between your role and its impact on the growth of the company
  • Flat organizational structure
  • Individual compensation plan tied to customer adoption KPI’s
  • First 90 days - Understanding the A-INSIGHTS unique value proposition, meeting with a large customer group to tie this VP to their everyday use cases. Take ownership of the enablement cycle with your customers.

Vital experiences required to be successful in the role (The things that give you energy):
  • Proactive and used to a high frequency of customer interactions
  • Manage all post-sales activity for customers through strong relationship-building, a clear understanding of how our unique value proposition will impact their business
  • Support the customer success team in translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
  • You have a track record of delivering value to complex enterprise customers with large employee bases
  • 3-5 years in a Customer Success role, within a company of fewer than 200 people
  • Fluency in English
Some really nice to haves:
  • Fluency in another EU language
  • Good taste in music
  • Experience working with companies in the Food sector
