We are a small, dynamic team of two, supporting our business growth through a blend of activities, including digital ABM campaigns, webinars, and our own events. Our marketing team focuses on creating opportunities for new business and expanding existing customer relationships. We also play a key role in collaborating with our customer success team to ensure our current customers remain satisfied.

The Role

This position reports to Marketing Team Lead Amandine. Alongside Amandine and Sanne, we seek another creative thinker to help us grow our impact in the vital global food sector.

First 90 Days:

  • Understand A-INSIGHTS' unique value proposition.
  • Meet with customers to connect this value proposition to their everyday use cases.
  • Develop a clear understanding of our current strategy and execution areas where you can drive impact.
  • Identify 2-3 areas to increase efficiency in achieving our targets.

Vital Experiences Required for Success in the Role (The things that energize you):

  • End-to-end demand generation experience targeting enterprise organizations, both online and offline (e.g., webinars, email campaigns, owned and non-owned events)
  • Frequent interactions with customers, especially with the largest companies in the food sector
  • 4-6 years of experience in companies with fewer than 80 employees that have developed a sustainable growth model
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms
  • Fluency in English

Some really nice to haves:
  • Fluency in another EU language
  • Good taste in music
  • Experience working with companies in the food sector
