Strategic Customer Succes Manager

We are looking for a Customer champion, to lead our customer success team into the next phase of growth. In the last couple of years we have built a great foundation for how our customer success team can drive long term value within some of the largest companies across the food sector.

A-INSIGHTS has a unique challenge in the coming years, we have built a value proposition as the core component to our customers market intelligence capabilities. Our customers look at us as a blend of sparring partners and enablers that help feed their business with the right information to formulate their growth strategies. However, the food sector is lagging far behind other industries in terms of investment in market intelligence. This role is a vital piece to ensure we can work with each customer to deliver the now value, along with guiding customer on their own marketing intelligence maturity journey.

What will you be doing?

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • VOC (voice of the customer) in our business, be the key connection point that brings our customers challenges to life in all areas of our business
  • Proactive and action orientated.
  • Ability to analyze customer data to identify trends, anticipate needs, and suggest improvements to the product or customer service process.
  • Educate and train customers on how to best utilise the A-INSIGHTS solution effectively in order to achieve their goals.
  • Curious, challenges the norm and open to being challenged, collaborative, drives change vs waiting for it.

We are looking for

Someone that:

  • is native Dutch and fluent in English.
  • has 5+ years of experience (Customer facing roles- CS, AM, Sales)
  • has experience working with enterprise organization.
  • has proven ability in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Nice to have; has experience working with food sector companies and/or financial data.
