What will you be doing
As a Strategic Insights Manager at A-INSIGHTS, you'll play a vital role within our Insights and Strategic Services team, reporting directly to the Head of Insights & Strategic Services. Collaborating closely with approximately 15 driven individuals from diverse backgrounds, your focus will be on extracting actionable insights from data and adeptly communicating them to both clients and colleagues.
In this role, you'll provide invaluable guidance on our products and services, offering comprehensive support for our clients in critical areas such as M&A decision-making, site selection for factory construction, sustainability enhancement, and strategic investment planning. By doing so, you and the team empower our clients to make informed decisions and realize their objectives.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the team towards excellence, setting up processes and elevating their performance to prepare for the next phase of growth.
As an Insights Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of medium and large enterprise clients, delivering insights and foresights that enable strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Insights & Strategic Services to ensure alignment with the team's objectives and goals.
- Enabling the team towards the next phase of growth by implementing key processes and elevating performance.
- Collaborating with commercial, product, and tech teams to ensure the highest quality insights and foresights are delivered to clients and integrated into our platform.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Dutch, capable of conducting high-level business discussions and crafting precise and persuasive communications.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and project management. You should be comfortable navigating complex scenarios and initiating bold new strategies for growth.
