What you’ll be doing

As the HR Lead at A-INSIGHTS, you'll be a key player in our team, reporting directly to one of the Co-founders. You'll take charge of all HR-related tasks, and also focus on Culture, Recruitment, and Learning & Development. Your mission is to foster a proactive culture, driving our team’s growth and engagement.

What Success Looks Like:
  • General HR Management: Oversee and enhance our HR practices, focusing on employee engagement, recruitment, and retention.
  • Growth: Strengthen our onboarding and retention strategies as we expand from 35 to 47+ team members, ensuring we attract and keep top talent.
  • Learning & Development: Design and implement professional growth and development plans for our employees.
  • Proactive Culture: Maintain our proactive culture, boosting employee engagement and retention within our high-performance environment.
  • Organizational Excellence: Stay organized and detail-oriented, set goals, and ensure they are met.
Challenges:
  • Support organizational growth in an ever changing scale-up.
  • Develop career growth plans despite a fast-evolving environment.
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention within a high- performance culture.
  • Create and maintain a diverse and inclusive workforce.
KPI's:
  • Employee Engagement: Enhance our ENPS score by implementing targeted engagement initiatives.
  • Retention: Develop and execute strategies to keep up our retention numbers.
  • Recruitment Efficiency: Streamline our hiring process to reduce time-to-hire and improve new hire success rates.

Your Talent
  • Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to the scaling of an organization in a similar role, ideally having seen growth from 20 to 200 employees in a tech- or data related startup or scaleup.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and adapt HR strategies in a fast growing Netherlands based company (absolute must), including handling employee sick leave and reintegration.
  • Exposure to creating Growth plans for staff in a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of setting and achieving goals.

What we offer
  • A salary between € 54.000 - € 60.000 gross yearly, including 8% holiday allowance
  • Participation in our company bonus program
  • Hybrid working: we work 2-5 days a week from the office
  • 32 Hour contract possible
