What you’ll be doing

As the People & Culture Lead at A-INSIGHTS, you will be a vital part of our team, reporting directly to one of the Co-founders. You will play a pivotal role in transitioning key People & Culture responsibilities to establish a robust, strategic framework that supports our rapid growth and frequent strategic pivots.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Assess current practices and set key metrics for employee engagement and recruitment efficacy.
  • Talent Development: Revamp our recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies to support growth from 35 to 47+ team members, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Professional Growth Programs: Implement comprehensive development plans that offer clear growth paths for all employees, matching the company's evolving strategic goals.
  • Craft adaptable frameworks to support rapid organizational growth in an ever changing scale-up.
  • Develop career growth plans despite a fast-evolving environment.
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention within a high-performance culture.
  • Create a diverse workforce.
  • Employee Engagement: Enhance our ENPS score by implementing targeted engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain High Retention: Develop and execute strategies to keep up our retention numbers.
  • Recruitment Efficiency: Streamline our hiring process to reduce time-to-hire and improve new hire success rates.

Your Talent
  • Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to the scaling of an organization, ideally having seen growth from 20 to 200 employees in a tech or data-driven sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and adapt HR strategies in a rapidly scaling environment, including handling employee sick leave and reintegration.
  • Strong communicator fluent in English and Dutch, adept at maintaining a cohesive and inclusive culture during significant growth phases.

What we offer
  • A salary between € 54.000 - € 60.000 gross yearly, including the 8% holiday allowance
  • Participation in our company bonus program
  • Hybrid working: we work 2-5 days a week from the office
  • 32 Hour contract possible
