We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our expanding team and contribute to our developing platform. As part of our Product & Tech team, you will guide us by developing the customer-driven roadmap through which we grow to the next stage. You interact with our clients, prioritize developments and will manage the internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
As part of the Product and Tech team, you will work with the team on the further development of the A-INSIGHTS platform.
The platform is frequently used by our clients for making strategic decisions. You ensure that we better align our development choices with the needs of our customers, so we provide a higher frequency of delivering value to them. In doing so, you also ensure that there is internal team alignment and that the teams are informed of all developments, both within the Product and Tech Team as well as cross-team.
You will play a crucial role in optimizing our process to source customer feedback, as well as fostering cross-team collaboration to bring execution on value proposition and product roadmap closer together. You will be responsible for this process. Your key responsibilities in bullet points:
- Defining and refining the product strategy, based on customer feedback. You interact regularly with our customer and collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize features for development.
- Based on the product strategy you define the roadmap for our Product & Tech team in collaboration with the Technical Lead.
- You make sure that all the teams are informed (and included) in the decision-making process or are informed when decisions has an impact on their way of work.
- You work closely with the Tech team, especially Dev Leads, to translate product requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
What success looks like:
- First 30 days: Familiarize yourself with the company culture, platform, and customer feedback. Build key stakeholder relationships.
- First 90 days: Define a roadmap informed by feedback. Drive cross-team alignment and actively contribute to customer discussions.
- First 180 days: Lead workstreams to deliver roadmap priorities, focusing on making the platform core to Market Intelligence workflows.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- The extent to which the roadmap priorities are fueled by customer feedback, either directly or indirectly.
- Driving cross-team alignment and collaboration on roadmap priorities.
- Customer engagement on our platform, measured in KPIs such as Monthly Active Users and Active Sessions.
- User adoption of feature within the first 3 months after release.
Your talent:
- You have a 3 – 7 years' experience in a role similar role (Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager)
- You have experience working with Customer-Centric Product Strategies and have experience of bringing other people along is this way of working.
- You are familiar with methodologies that help plan, prioritize and release features.
- You are an independent thinker and are eager to take on challenges and drive results.
