Our Account Management team provides a key role in expanding our relationships with our current customers. Working on a clear set of accounts in our core industries, this role will lead the execution of our expansion strategy together with Tim, our Key Account Manager.

The Role

The Account management team is part of the ‘Go to market team’ and works closely with Marketing, CS and our Insights teams. This role will manage a set of growth accounts that we have identified and will be responsible for the creation and execution of the expansion plans for each of these accounts.

This is also a role that will require experience with building and implementing the needed process, working with multiple internal stakeholders across the business.

What you can expect:  
  • First 90 days - Understanding the A-INSIGHTS unique value proposition, meeting with a large customer group to tie this VP to their everyday use cases. Clear understanding of our current strategy for expansion and have ownership of your customers growth plans.
  • KPI’s based on pipeline building and closed expansion revenue
  • Collaborative and process-light organization
  • Clear link between your role and its impact on the growth of the company
  • Flat organizational structure
  • Individual compensation plan tied to ARR growth and pipeline creation within your focused accounts
Vital experiences required to be successful in the role (The things that give you energy):
  • Proactive and used to a high frequency of customer interactions
  • Gain command of our unique value proposition, leverage data in our platform and industry experience to identify strategic
  • growth opportunities for our customer
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to help maximize the customer use, and the value and satisfaction of our solution
  • You have a track record of delivering value to complex enterprise customers with large employee bases
  • 5+ years in an AM role, some of which was within a company sub 200 people
  • Fluency in English
Some really nice to haves:
  • Fluency in another EU language
  • Good taste in music
  • Experience working with companies in the Food sector
